Shipping policy
Free shipping on prepaid orders over ₹499. Orders under ₹499 and Cash-on-Delivery orders: a flat shipping fee applies, shown at checkout.
Ships across India; COD available on serviceable pincodes. International orders are prepaid only (no COD) — flat $25 international shipping.
Dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery: 3–7 business days within India, 7–15 business days for international orders.

7-day easy returns if your piece arrives damaged, defective, or not as described — full refund.
Start a return from Orders or on WhatsApp — we arrange the pickup.
Refunds are processed by Wcommerce to your original payment method (prepaid) or bank/UPI (COD) within 24 hours of receiving the returned item.
International orders: returns only if the item arrives damaged.

What we accept
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to return
Contact us at hello@cartelle.com to start your return. Once approved, you'll receive instructions and a prepaid return label by email. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days of receiving your return and will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? Request an exchange through the same process. Subject to availability, your new item ships once we receive the original.
